The famous Hersonissos, with all the range of entertainment is located at a distance of 9 km while the city of Heraklion at 22 km, a distance that can be reached by car in 20 minutes.

The accommodation is comfortable all year round as it has an autonomous cooling-heating system (underfloor heating), and modern fireplaces (free wood) for the cold, full of warmth, winter days (November - March).

There is a private pool amidst the beautiful garden with palm trees and aromatic and ornamental plants that awaken your senses. Relax there on the comfortable sun loungers or the bell. and at the same time cool off in the barbecue area which also has a fridge

The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, ceramic hobs, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, toaster. You will also find everything you need to cook your own special delicacy. On the ground floor there is an outdoor dining room for breakfast prepared with pure local products from us (special charge) while for lovers of afternoon and evening pleasures we have the ability to prepare selected dishes by you or a special dinner based on our menu options knowing now privately the incomparable Cretan cuisine. In the evening you are invited to indulge in soft music and romantic pool lighting.

The main bathroom has a spa bath and like the rest of the showers has a hairdryer as well as a set of bathrobes - slippers - towels.

On the ground floor is the main dining room and the living room with fireplace, TV and music system. The first floor of the villa includes an open plan living area, 3 bedrooms with their own dressing room. one has a private bathroom and a fireplace on the balcony. A second larger bathroom separates the other two bedrooms. Air conditioners are available in all bedrooms, free wireless internet, washing machine, iron, etc.
